Ingredients

2 servings
  • 300 gPork (shoulder or belly)
  • 50 mlChar siu sauce (store-bought)

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the pork in char siu sauce for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 200°C.

  3. 3

    Place pork on a baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Let it rest, then slice and serve.

Tips

For extra flavor, you can brush more charsiu sauce on the pork during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
