Ingredients

35-40 minutes
6 people
  • 1 poundpeeled shrimp tails-off
  • 1 poundfun noodles or wide noddles
  • 1 poundMixed vegetables broccoli cauliflower yellow and orange carrots sliced
  • 1/3 cupoyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoonroasted sesame seed oil
  • 1/3 cupsweet soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoonground ginger
  • 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • Water to boil noodles
  • 1/4 cupslurry 1/4 cup water 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed

Steps

35-40 minutes
  1. 1

    Stir fry the veggies cook the noodles add a cup of the pasta water to the veggies. Then add the oyster sauce and soya sauce. Add cooked noddles and shrimp stir 3 minutes add the slurry. Stir till everything is coated.
