Moist Banana Bread

I made this moist banana bread using simple ingredients I already had at home. The yoghurt helped make it soft and tender, while the ripe bananas gave it lots of flavour. It is easy to make and turns out beautifully every time.

Step 4: Combine
Add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and gently fold until just combined. Do not overmix - 5
Step 5: Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin and bake for 40–50 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean. - 6
Step 6: Cool and serve
Allow the banana bread to cool in the tin for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely before slicing.
Tips
-Use accurate measuring cups and spoons.

-Use brown sugar and plain natural yoghurt for extra moisture.
-Bring eggs and yoghurt to room temperature before mixing.
-Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness and flavour.
-Avoid overmixing the batter to keep the bread soft.
-Check from 50 minutes to prevent overbaking.
-Let the bread cool completely before slicing.
