Cook the bone-in chicken breast.

Roast the poblano peppers, peel them, and slice them into strips.

Shred the cooked chicken.

In a skillet, sauté the julienned onion in butter, then add the sliced peppers, canned corn, crema, and shredded chicken. Season with pepper, salt, and garlic powder.

In a baking dish, spread butter and layer corn tortillas, then add a layer of the chicken mixture and Chihuahua cheese. Repeat the layers until all the filling is used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.

Bake for 15 minutes, then serve.
