This meal is prepared for those who love to eat a lot. It contains all the nutrients and takes a lot of time to prepare but it is very healthy.

For the beans. Put the onions and 4tbs cooking oil in a sufuria.When the onions turn brown add the tomatoes and the carrots mix then cover for 2 minutes.

Add the beans and stir then add 1 cup of water and 1 tsp royco and 1/2tsp salt then cover for 2 minutes and turn off the heat.

For the rice boil three and half cups of water. After it completely boils add the rice and 3tsp cooking oil, the tumeric and 1/2tsp and stir then cover for 15-20minutes.Turn off the heat when the rice is completely.

For the sweetpotatoes. Peel them and wash them then place in a sufuria and add 4 cups of water and 1tsp salt then cover for 20minutes. Allow them to cook then turn off the heat and drain any excess water.

For the cabbage chop 1/2of a mediumsized cabbage.place in a sufuria and add 3tsps cooking oil and a pinch of salt and stir then add 1/4 cup of water and cover for 5minutes then serve.
