  • 1 bunchManagua cooking oil
  • 2medium onions 3 medium tomatoe
  • to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut Managu and wash them then boil.

  2. 2

    Chop onions and tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Heat cooking oil in a sufuria and add onions and stir.

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes stir again, add the boiled Managu and salt then leave it to cook.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
