Ingredients

9x13 pan
  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1 pkgsoft corn tortillas
  3. 1 cancream mushroom soup
  4. 1 cancream chicken soup
  5. 1small onion
  6. 1/2 lbcheddar cheese (grated 2 cups)
  7. 1 candiced green chilies
  8. 1 canchili beans
  9. japeleno to taste or garnish
  10. 1 canenchilada sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Saute beef and onion

  2. 2

    Add everything else except cheese into saucepan and bring to boil

  3. 3

    Add meat and onions bring back to boil

  4. 4

    Layer in a casserole dish alternating torts Sauce Cheese and with cheese

  5. 5

    Garnish with olives Peppers lettuce onions tomatoes

  6. 6

    Bake 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly
