Boil the minced chicken. Drain out the water and set aside. Take a mixing bowl and mix the chicken with salt sugar besan and flour

Make small balls out of the chicken mixture and deep fry the balls.Set aside

Heat a bit of oil and add to it bay leaf,Cummins and cinnamon piece. Fry till it smells.

Add the basmati rice and lower the flame.In the meantime chop the lauki into small pieces.

When the rice is wellfried add the lauki pieces salt and sugar and cover the cooking pan.cook on a medium flame.

When the water gradually dries up add the chicken balls

Add ghee and remove from the flame and serve hot.
