Wash your tomato and onion carefully and dice them thin

Take a pot to fire and fry onion, and garlic together for 3 minutes.

Add Coriander and continue frying for one minute. I corpo the mince meat and fry for good five minutes.

Add tomato, black pepper, salt, okra and lemon juice and let it cook for 4 minutes

Add 1/4 cup of water and let it simmer for 4 additional minutes.

Serve with rice, bread, boiled potatoes or cooked/ fried cassava and seeet potato, pap or any other yummy combination that you can think of.
