Ingredients

  • 1.5 tbspcornstarch or flour
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • 1/2water
  • 1/2 cuppineapple chunks (optional)

Steps

    Blend together all ingredients except optional pineapple.

  2. 2

    If using fresh pineapple, add now.

  3. 3

    Microwave for 5 minutes or until thickened.

  4. 4

    Done! Ready to serve. (Or add canned pineapple now, then serve.)
