Place groundnuts in a large serving dish and start picking out the unwanted ones

Place a sufuria on fire with low heat then put cooking oil into it..let it to heat up for 1 minutes. Then add salt to it.

Place the groundnuts in the sufuria and stir for a minute then cover.still under low heat.

Continuously stir as you turn all sides for 5 to 7 minutes.

Groundnuts are ready to serve with hot tea.
