Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 400°. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. Cook pasta according to package.
- 2
In a medium saute pan, melt the butter and add flour, whisking constantly to make the rue. Slowly add the milk and bring to a simmer. Add the cheeses and S&P and continue to whisk until all blended.
- 3
Put the pasta in a medium bowl and pour in the beaten egg. Stir these together. Add the cheese mixture and coat the pasta. (This is where you can add more pasta if there seems to be a lot of sauce)
- 4
Spoon the mixture into the muffin tins. Top each with a little more shredded cheddar cheese.
- 5
Bake for 19 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes to scoop out and serve.

#GlobalApron 24 week 6 /cheddar cheese. This is a quick stovetop recipe for 8-12 ounces cooked pasta. Use a quality cheese for best success and taste. I used a generic block of cheese once, shredded it but it would not melt correctly. It turned out grainy. Lesson learned. cindybear -
