Ingredients

  • 1 headbroccoli
  • 1 headcouliflour
  • 2 cupsthinly sliced carrots
  • 1/2large onion
  • 1 1/2table spoons of olive oil
  • pinchblack pepper
  • pinchoregano

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté the onions till almost brown

  2. 2

    Add the black pepper and oregano

  3. 3

    Throw in carrots, broccoli, and couliflour add salt

  4. 4

    Mix and let cook for 4 minutes

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy
