Pour 2 1/2 cups of flour in a bowl, add salt and sugar

Add 1 cup of warm water.

Mix the flour and water to form a thick paste.

Then continue to add more flour to make it more thick but not too hard.

Then apply two tbsp of oil to the dough after you have obtain the right consistency.

Then cover the dough and allow the dough to rest for 40 minutes to allow the dough to become a little more soft.

After 40 minutes divide your dough into small ball equally divided. ( 8 balls.

Spread each chapati dough ball using a rolling pin to form a circular shape.(add flour when it start to stick at the rolling pin or at the surface)

Repeat this process for the remaining doughs.

Then heat oil in pan, and start frying the each chapati until they are over.

Put your chapati in a hot pot and serve after 20 minutes
