Ingredients

  • Samp
  • Beans
  • Tripe
  • Water
  • Potato
  • Carrot
  • Green pepper
  • Onion
  • Benny spice
  • Butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook tripe for 3hours then add benny spice

  2. 2

    Cook samp and beans until soft

  3. 3

    On a separate pot boil all your vegetables and mash then

  4. 4

    When mashed mix with your samp and beans

  5. 5

    Add butter

  6. 6

    And leave for 15 minutes

  7. 7

    Then ready to serve with tripe
