Delicious peanut butter cookies with oatmeal and Milky Way pieces

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupunsalted butter, softened
  2. 1 cupcreamy peanut butter
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1 teaspoonvanilla
  5. 2 teaspoonsbaking soda
  6. 1 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1 1/2 cupsall purpose flour
  8. 1 cupquick cooking oats
  9. 1 packageMilky Way unwrapped bites, roughly chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugar in a stand mixer until light and fluffy

  2. 2

    Add vanilla. Then add eggs one at a time making sure the first egg is well incorporated before adding the next.

    Stir flour, salt, and baking soda in a separate bowl. Then add gradually to the butter and egg mixture until everything is well incorporated.

    Add the oats and Milky Way pieces and stir until combined

  5. 5

    Chill dough for at least an hour, can be chilled overnight.

    Roll dough into two inch balls then flatten them into disks with your palms. Place on an ungreased baking sheet

    Bake in an oven preheated to 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Am I the only one that noticed that the recipe calls for sugar BUT it is not on the ingredient list
