Keto: Garnished vegetable soup and coconut flour...#ketomeal

For my vegetable soup, I used coconut flour as my alternative flour coz it's a keto meal...but for non-keto peeps..you could use regular swallow...
I also used olive oil as against vegetable oil

Place your pot on open flame, add your oil(preferably olive oil) then you fry your blended tomatoes, onion and pepper

Then you add your meat stock, pomo and meat and allow to cook for some minutes..taste to know if you need to add more seasoning

Then you add your chopped ugwu and water leaf. Allow to simmer for some minutes...and it's ready

For your coconut swallow, place your pot of water on the fire to boil.

Then you make a paste of the coconut flour with water

When your water comes to a boil, you then pour your mixed paste into the water and allow to cook for some minutes..

At this stage, the mixture might be a bit too watery so you can add more of the flour directly into the mixture till you get desired thickness.

Allow to sit for a while and your coconut swallow is ready
