Tumeric rice served with peas

Add cooking oil and onion in a sufuria and place it on fire

Add your carrots, tomatoes and salt to taste into the sufuria. Once cooked add your peas the royco cubes. Add a little amount of water and let it boil for 15 minutes.

Put one teaspoonful of margarine add your cleaned rice. Stir it for 2 to 3 minutes add Tumeric and salt.

Add 1 cup of boiled water and let it cook.

Serve and enjoy
