Saga is one of the best traditional vegetables one can eat. it is so sweet and unlike other traditional vegetables it is not bitter.

Saga is one of the best traditional vegetables one can eat. it is so sweet and unlike other traditional vegetables it is not bitter.

Remove the saga from the their stalk. was and put to boil for about 2 and 1/2 hours.

While the saga is still boiling, cut the onions tomatoes and fry them using 10mls of oil.

The break two eggs, beat add salt to taste and add to the mixture. cook until the eggs starts to become scrabbled.

Put it aside. If the saga is not yet ready you can cook the ugali if you want

In a separate sufuria fry the onions which have been diced.

Add in tomatoes and cook until soft then add in the boiles saga together with salt to taste.

Do not add water that has remained. when boiling the saga.

Stir. cook for about 3 minutes the serve with fried eggs and ugali.
