Almond Cookies for All Seasons

Every Christmas, my mother would make a ton of sweets... In short, the whole house smelled wonderful! One of those was these cookies!! Although they are associated with the Christmas holidays (for my family), they can be made all year round!! They pair AMAZINGLY with milk and coffee, as well as with tea or anything else... I eat them plain!!
