Ingredients

1 cuppasta, boiled aldente
1/2 cupcoloured bell pepper, sliced
1onion, sliced
to tastesalt
2 tbsp.olive oil
1 tsp.lime juice
1/2 tsp.pepper powder
coriander & mint leaves to garnish

In a bowl, combine the pasta, bell peppers and the onion. Add the olive oil, salt, lime juice and pepper powder and toss well. Serve, garnished with coriander and mint leaves.
