Ingredients

  1. 2 pkg. (8 oz.)ea) Neufchatel Cheese, softened
  2. 1 can (16 oz.)Candied Yams, dranned and mashed
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 tsp.ground cinnamon
  5. 1/4 tsp.ground nutmeg
  6. 1/2 tsp.vanilla
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1 (9 inch)(6 oz.) ready-to-fill graham cracker crumb crust

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Mix sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg together.

  3. 3

    Bend Neufchatel cheese with vanilla extract and sugar mixture.

  4. 4

    Bend on low, adding one egg at a time until each is mixed in thoroughly.

  5. 5

    Pour into crust; and bake

  6. 6

    Bake 45 min @ 350°F... Test center with toothpick, then let cool and Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or so, and serve... Easy Peasy!!!
