Sauté the beef in a pressure cooker until it browns.

Add the spring onions so that they are sautéed too.

Insert the dill and the lettuces coarsely chopped. Season to taste. Add 1 cup of water and close the pressure cooker. Boil over medium heat for about 20 minutes from the moment the steam comes out.

Beat the egg with the lemon juice. Gradually and slowly add some of the juice from the food in the egg and lemon sauce. Then add the egg and lemon sauce in the pressure cooker. Serve with plenty of sauce.
