This has to be my favorite potatoe recipe i have made. A little greasy but so good.
Steps

Preheat over 400°F, melt stick of butter in microwave safe large bowl

Slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick, mix seasoned salt and italian seasoning in with butter then toss potatoes
- 3
Cover large cookie sheet in tin foil, grease lightly. Lay each potatoe out flat try not to over lap. Cook until golden then flip over and sprinkle with parmesan. Put back in until crisp and golden.

Add sour cream if desired and enjoy!
