Ingredients

1 kgpeaches
600 gsugar
juice of half a lemon

Steps

Peel the peaches, blend them in a food processor without turning them into a pulp.

Place them in a baking tray, mix with the sugar and place the baking tray on the bottom rack.

Bake for 1 and a half hour at 150°C.

Fifteen minutes before the end add the lemon juice and mix.
