Combine margarine, oil, 1 tablespoon water,sugar and vanilla extract and whisk until fluffy.

Add the remaining water and mix well.

Add in all the dry ingredients

Mix until well combined

Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 200°C. And line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make small balls and place 1-2" inch apart.

Bake for 10-15 minutes. C

Cool on a wire rack and serve!
