Ingredients

250 gMinced Beef (Any meat can be used actually)
1Minced Carrot
1Minced Celery
1Minced Onion
1/2 canTomato Purée
1/2 canTomato Diced
200 mlCream
100 mlRed wine (Optional)
2Dried Bay leaves
1-2 TablespoonDried Oregano
1 teaspoonSalt
1 TeaspoonSugar
2 TeaspoonPepper
25 gButter
10 gButter (extra)

Steps

Melt 10 g butter in pan, add in carrot, celery and onion and sweat it.

Add in minced meat and sauté it.

Pour in red wine if you want.

Add in Tomato Purée and Tomato Diced, and add bay leaves in.

Pour in cream and 25 g butter and mix well.

Add in oregano and seasonings and ENJOY!!
