An ubelievably tasty shrimp pasta, garidomakaronada as is known in Greece!!

Steps

Devein the shrimps, wash them and set them aside to strain.

Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic clove, whole.

Add the onions finely chopped and sauté.
- 4
Add the shrimps.

Stir in the wine and as soon as it evaporates add the tomatoes, the tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano and optionally, the tabasco sauce.

Simmer for about 20 minutes.

Remove the shrimps from the sauce and set them aside in another container.

Add 1 cup of water to the sauce and if necessary a second one and boil the pasta in that sauce.

A little before the pasta is fully cooked add the shrimps and the food is ready as soon as the sauce has been absorbed completely.
