Sausage - sojok and potatoes with cream

Chop parsley, cut onions into rings, grate the carrot,chop green onion, chop potatoes, layer and season with salt and pepper and spices of choice. Chop sausages layer and season then add some olive oil. Bake till potatoes are soft and sausages are cooked.

Mix cream with chopped cheddar cheese add some salt and pepper. Pour it over the cooked potatoes and continue baking it in the oven for about 7-10 minutes till it starts to bubble and you're done :)
