Melt the couverture chocolate in a bain-marie.

Add the olive oil, the orange zest and the cinnamon to the chocolate.

Cut the halva into small cubes and add them to the chocolate mixture together with the nuts.

Mix slowly so that the halva doesn't melt.
- 5
Spread the mixture on a piece of greaseproof paper and form a thick roll.
- 6
Place in the fridge for 2 hours until it gets firm.
- 7
Sprinkle the roll with a layer of sesame seeds all around.
