My 10 year old son and husband love this recipe. We make it all year round. Plus it is easy to do during the week. Even my son makes this when he wants to help mommy.

Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesturkey wings
  2. 2 cuprice
  3. 1 cansweet peas
  4. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  5. garlic powder
  6. salt
  7. celery seed
  8. black pepper
  9. onion, chopped
  10. Hungarian hot peprika
  11. chopped parsley
  12. 2 1/2 cupturkey stock

Cooking Instructions

    Take turkey wings in the crock pot. Fill with water. (You can do this in a pot but if your like me you work long hours, this works great.)

    After cooking all day, remove from crock pot and remove meat. Chop into smaller pieces.

    Place uncooked rice in cassarol dish. Add the following ingredients. (You can already cook the rice before placing it in the cassarol dish. Just make sure you use the turkey stock, 3 cups)

    After adding all the ingredients in cassarol dish add chopped turkey. Stir together.

  5. 5

    Bake at 400°F for 35mins.
