Cut the mushrooms, the ham or bacon and the onion into pieces.

Sauté the mushrooms and onion in a little oil until golden brown. Add the ham or bacon, the heavy cream, the finely chopped dill and the spices and let the sauce combine for about 5-10 minutes.

Remove from heat and add the grated cheese mixing well.

Spread out the first puff pastry filo sheet in a pyrex baking tray and distribute the filling evenly on top. Cover with the second filo sheet, fold in the edges and press to seal. Finally, brush with the beaten egg and pierce the top of the pie from place to place with a fork.

Bake for 40-45 minutes at 200°C.
