Rub chiwda with wet cloth and dry roast the chiwda after 4-5 minutes it becomes crunchy. Keep aside. Take 1 teaspoon oil in a pan roast peanuts, cashew nuts, roasted chana,raisins and coconut slices one by one.keep aside.for tempering--take 1 teaspoon oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, Haldi powder and fennel seeds in hot oil.mix well.now add curry leaves and chopped green chillies in tadka. Fry them.make sure they are not change in colour. Low the flame and mix chiwda and roasted dry fruits.

Mix well. Add salt, amchor and sugar powder according to the taste. Mix nicely,. Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Stir continuously. Sift in a plate. When Namkeen is cool store it in a air tight container.
