30 mlolive oil
3medium eggs
1 tablespoonsugar
pinchsalt
pinch pepper
3portabello mushrooms, chopped

Boil eggs

Add mushrooms

Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and sugar

Add sliced boiled eggs and allow all ingredients to cook for a few minutes
