Ingredients

  1. boxrotini pasta
  2. 1 bottleItalian dressing
  3. 1small salame chub diced
  4. 1 halfpurple onion finely chopped
  5. 1small jar sundried tomatoes
  6. 1cucumber peeled and diced
  7. 1 (18 oz)marble jack cheese cut into cubes
  8. 1tomato finely diced
  9. 1small can olives thinly sliced
  10. 1 tbdry parsley

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook pasta accordingly drain and shock once its al dente (you dont want your pasta to continue cooking) this acquires cold pasta !

    Add all your ingredients

  3. 3

    Toss with dressing, salt and pepper to taste. Than let it sit in the fridge for about a hour prior to serving.
