Ingredients

boxrotini pasta
1 bottleItalian dressing
1small salame chub diced
1 halfpurple onion finely chopped
1small jar sundried tomatoes
1cucumber peeled and diced
1 (18 oz)marble jack cheese cut into cubes
1tomato finely diced
1small can olives thinly sliced
1 tbdry parsley

Steps

Cook pasta accordingly drain and shock once its al dente (you dont want your pasta to continue cooking) this acquires cold pasta !

Add all your ingredients

Toss with dressing, salt and pepper to taste. Than let it sit in the fridge for about a hour prior to serving.
