To make dough mix wheat flour, maida, salt, baking powder and soda together and make sure it is mix equally.

Add ajwain in warm oil and mix it. Add this mixture in flour mix and mix it so it become crumbled. Start adding warm water until it form dough.

Once it form dough knead it continuously up until it become firm and soft. Give it a rest for 15-20 min. It will increase in size.

Now divide dough in small round balls and make chapati of it using rolling pin

Heat oil on high flame and add puri in it. While frying puri make flame on low so it will give time to get puri cook.fry on both side till it become nice golden in colour and serve it with aloo bhaji or any other sabji.
