Bring to a boil a cup of salted water and pour in the Rice and cook until no longer hard usually when all the water is

Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet and put the minced garlic, onion flakes and the all-spice and the for those who like a little spicy flavour, add the habanero. Cook until the garlic starts to brown

Add the Chicken and the Cauliflower and cook until chicken is cooked, stirring to stop it from sticking.

Add the Coconut milk and the Curry paste and stir. Cook until the sauce starts to boil and reduces by about half. If you want the sauce to be extra creamy add a teaspoon of cornstarch

Serve hot with the rice as a side. Enjoy :)
