Ingredients

  • 1banana
  • 1-2green leaves (lettuce and broccoli)
  • 1kiwi
  • 1big spoon of orange or lemon marmalade (I prefer Yuzu if you can find)
  • 1 glasscold water
  • Milk (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the fruits and slice them into small pieces

  2. 2

    Mix the diced fruits, the green leaves, the marmalade and the water in a blender

  3. 3

    Serve !

    For a smoother taste (especially for breakfast), add milk to the juice and stir with a spoon
