Ingredients

  1. 1finely chopped onion
  2. 2finely chopped tomatoes
  3. 3-4finely chopped cloves of garlic
  4. leavesCurry
  5. 2sliced green chillies
  6. 1 tspmustard seeds
  7. Oil
  8. Salt as per your requirement
  9. Halftsp coriander powder
  10. Halftsp chilli powder
  11. Halfspoon turmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heal oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Add mustard seeds, garlic and curry leaves

  3. 3

    Once the seeds splutter add chopped onion

  4. 4

    Add green chilli

  5. 5

    Let the onion for two to three minutes

  6. 6

    Add chopped tomatoes

  7. 7

    Add all the dry masalas and salt

  8. 8

    Let it cook for sometime

  9. 9

    Serve it hot with Chapati or rice
