  • 3 cupswater
  • Cooking oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

    Put 3 cups of water in a sufuria and heat

  2. 2

    Add salt to taste and cooking oil

  3. 3

    Add rice when the water as boil and let it cook till all water is drained

  4. 4

    Service while hot with fried liver
