4large potatoes
1egg
2 clovesgarlic
1small size of ginger
to tastesalt

Clean your potatoes

Peal them off their skin and clean them again and boil in salted water.

Mash your garlic and ginger together till tender.

Marinate your potatoes with the garlic and ginger.

Place them in a baking tray and egg wash them to brown

Bake for 15 min and serve hot.
