1/2yellow onion
1green pepper

100 gchicken sand liver

Steps

Boil the liver in a sufuria using 2 cups of water for 5 minutes.

Pour the water out.

Add onions and salad. Put on fire. Stir andmix for 30 seconds.

Add tomstoes and pepper. Stir to mix for 30 seconds.

Add only 3 teaspoonfuls of water and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.

Serve with rice.
