Ingredients

  1. 2 bunchessukuma wiki
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 2medium size tomatoes
  4. 1onion
  5. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil in a sufuria, add in diced onions. Fry until soft. Then add in tomatoes and fry until soft. Add in salt.

  2. 2

    Clean the kale and Shred the kales in to small sizes

  3. 3

    Then add in the cooking tomatoes and mix for 5 minutes until ready.
