Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall purpose flour (maida)
  2. 1/2 cupnoddles
  3. 2green chilies finely chopped
  4. 1carrot finely chopped
  5. 1small green capsicum.finely chopped
  6. 1 inchginger finely choped
  7. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspgram powder
  9. 1/2 tspwhite vinegar
  10. 1 tspsoya sauce
  11. as per your tastesalt

    Sabse phele hm stuffing banane ke liye hm ek pan lenge usme 2 glass water dal kar and usse boil hone denge...jab water boil hone lgega tb hm usme noddles dalenge..sath me hm ussme 1tsp refined oil dalenge..

    Jab tak Noddles boil ho rahein hain tb tak hm samosas ka dough ready kar lete hai.ab ek bowl me 1cup maida lenge usme 1/4tsp slat dalenge aur soft dough (na jayda hard na jayda soft dough bana lenge) aur usse 5 min ke liye rest par rakh denge....

    Ab hamare noddles boil ho chuke hai ab hm noddles ko strain kar ke cold water se dho lenge...phir hm ek pan me todha sa oil dal lenge jab oil garamho jaye tho usme rai ke dane dal lege jab rai chtk jaye tho tho ussme green chilis, carrot, capsicum dal denge phir usme all ingredients add krenge aur aache se mix kar lenge aur hlka sa pak jaye tho is me noddles aad krenge aur phir white vinegar aur black soya sauce dal kar aache se mix krenge. ab ek plate me stuffing ko nikalkr tandha hone denge...

    Ab dough me se ek ball lenge aur usse roller pin ki help bel lenge phir usse bich me se two part me cut kar denge ab ek part lenge usse triangle shape se pani se chipka denge (samose ki shape chipka lenge) ab us me noddles se filling kar ke usse pani se chipka denge...is tarha baki samose bana lenge...

    Ab ek wok lenge ussme oil dalenge and usse heat hone ke liye medium flame Par rakh denge jab oil heat ho jayega tb hm usme samose dal denge aur low flame par golden brown crisp hone tak ult plat kar deep fry kar lenge

    Now it ready to eat noddles samose with green chutney and tamoto sauce......
