Dalia upma (broken wheat upma)

Steps

Roast Dalia till its color changes to light brown. Cut all vegetables.

Soak Dalia in water for 1/2.hour.

Heat wok(kadhai). Pour oil. Add mustard seeds. When it splutter add chana dal. Roast it until brown. Add curry patta, onion, carrot, corn,green chilies, salt, turmeric and saute all.

Now add dalia.stir well. Add 2 cup water. Stir all. Cover the lid on wok.

Cook on slow flame.

It will take 8-10 minutes to cook.

After 10 min check it. If there is water cook without lid for few min.

Now Dalia upma is ready.serve by garnishing coriander & squeeze some lemon juice on it
