Steps

Take flour in deep bowl. Add salt, turmeric, garlic, kasuri methi, chilli paste and mix it.

After that add lauki and tbsp of oil and mix it. Even if it feels dry, do not add water. Wait for few minutes and knead it. Lauki it self has enough water to form dough.

With a help of more dry flour make chapatis of dough and bake it on tawa. Add oil or butter.
