Cooking Instructions

Cook noodles to desired consistency, i prefer a little al dente, and drain

Add spices to noodles and mix

Add carrot, onion, cilantro, peas and cheese mix well
- 4
Add tuna and lime juice mix
- 5
Add mayo and mustard mix well
- 6
At this point you can add the spinach now or chill for about 30 minutes and then add.

For added flavor you can top with siracha or ranch
