  • 4large potatoes
  • Oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and cut them into rectangular strip pieces

  2. 2

    Then wash the stripped potatoes and let them dry meanwhile heat oil in a deep skillet.

  3. 3

    Start frying the potatoes one handful at a time.

  4. 4

    Fry for 10 minutes turn then fry again.
