  2. salt as per taste
  3. 250 gmMaida
  4. 250 gmGhee
  5. 1Onion
  6. Lahsun adrak aur hari mirch ka paste
  7. 1 spoonajwain
  8. 50 gmmustard oil
  9. 1 spoonHaldi
  10. 1 spoonjeera or hing

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse phale maida ko chhan lege aur usme halka Sa ghee, namak mangraila- javain daal kar maide ko kdak guthege.

    Moong ki dal ko raat bhar ya 4 ghante pahale fulane ke lia bhigo lenge.fulne par use mahin pis lenge

  3. 3

    Ab tel ko garam kar ke phorn dal kar onion or namak dal kar brown hone tak bhunjege or lahsun, adark,hari mirch ka paste or haldi dal kar masale ko achhi trah se bhunjege.

  4. 4

    Ab usme moong dal ka paste ko dalege or achhe se bhunjege

  5. 5

    Ab dhaniya patta ko chhote2 chopping kar dal dege

  6. 6

    Maide ke aate me moong dal ke mashale ko bharege

  7. 7

    Or puri jaisa belege

  8. 8

    Kam tav me garam ghee me tal denge

  9. 9

    Lijia taiyar hai garma garam moong dal bhari puri.
