Hello Everyone,
We need food, quality food for a quality life.I love food because it brings family and friends together.Every year in October our family bond together for dushera feast or it could be a simple gathering during summer .
Eating good food in a healthy way is my mantra of life which I learnt from my Dad who never fails to eat a bowl of fruits as a substitute to frozen snacks which are harmful for our health and our share of wallet😂
Living in a city I discover almost every day we eat food which is unhealthy with no nutrient value so today I am sharing a healthy snacks with full of nutrient and protein urad dal ka pakora☕

Steps

Soak urad dal in hot water for 1hr instead of cold water as it will make dal soft soon.

Grind urad dal in a blender untill it become smooth paste .

Mix all the spices,ginger garlic, chilli, coriander leaf or kasuri methi and set aside.

Heat oil in kadai and give ring or oval shape to the mixture and fry until then golden brown.

One can serve the pakoras with mint chutney or mayo….its a perfect snacks with a cup of tea.
